- An additional AC_COM server distributes the load or moves polling to a separate node.

Limits are based on the developer’s catalogue dated 1 February 2026. For existing licences, parameters are checked against the protection key. Supply scope and terms for Kazakhstan are confirmed during selection. Adding modules requires active technical support.

01AC_PE2 — additional workstationA second computer on the local network using the shared AC_PE database.
An AC_PE extension for installing client software on one more computer. It connects to the main computer over a TCP/IP LAN; the database remains on one computer.
Features
- Access the shared database from another computer without creating a separate metering database.
- Client software on a second workstation with a network connection to the main computer.
- Software-enforced limit: AC_PE supports no more than one additional workstation.
Suitable when a second computer needs access within the local network.
Compatibility and conditions: An AC_PE extension only. The final configuration is one main and one additional workstation.
02AlphaCENTER LaptopManual meter polling from a laptop and transfer to the database.
A laptop module for on-site reading collection. Manually polls meters through an optical port or RS-232 multiplexer and transfers collected data to the AlphaCENTER database.
Features
- Local manual polling of compatible meters through the specified interfaces.
- Export collected information for later import into the main metering database.
- Export data from AC_PE, AC_SE or AC_UE for later import into a remote AlphaCENTER database.
Suitable for field service and transfers between databases.
Compatibility and conditions: Supplied together with other AlphaCENTER editions. Support for specific meters and interface adapters is confirmed during selection.
03AlphaCENTER MonitoringElectrical diagrams, network parameters, balances and threshold alarms.
An operational viewing and monitoring tool for facility electrical diagrams. Uses meters and groups defined in the shared AlphaCENTER database.

- A single-line electrical diagram editor for visualising the facility.
- Automatically displays commercial and technical data by feeder.
- View phase currents, voltages, power and angles from available device measurements.
- Calculate and display group metrics, including balances and total consumption.
- Raise alarms when monitored parameters exceed set thresholds.
Suitable for an energy engineer’s workstation, with the facility diagram and available current values in one interface.
Compatibility and conditions: An add-on for AC_PE, AC_SE and AC_UE. Displayed parameters depend on the devices and data received.
04AlphaCENTER Task ManagerManage operations manually, on a schedule and in a defined sequence.
Organises routine AlphaCENTER operations. Tasks can run manually, on a schedule or in a sequence, such as generating a file and then sending it.
Features
- Manage data export and import tasks.
- Start file transfers by email and other protocols through the relevant modules.
- Configure execution order and actions on completion or error.
- Review execution results in the task log.
Suitable for recurring operations, including KEGOC exchange with the Kazakhstan market and File Transfer modules.
Compatibility and conditions: Available task types depend on installed modules. Selection considers required operations and transfer channels.
05AlphaCENTER WebView data and reports in a browser with access controls.
Provides browser access to AlphaCENTER data over a corporate network or the Internet. For SE, UE and RTU-327, users can view information from multiple computers without installing the full client on each.

- View metering data and available reports over HTTP or HTTPS.
- Configure access to facilities, meters and reports for different user groups.
- Work with profiles, readings, network parameters and events within assigned permissions and available data.
- REST API access to data in supported configurations.
Suitable for staff and customer browser access to selected facilities.
Compatibility and conditions: For AlphaCENTER SE, UE and RTU-327; Web does not work with PE. Requires a separate module licence, an IIS web server and a database connection. Account limits depend on the software edition.
06AlphaCENTER Kazakhstan Wholesale MarketExchange with KEGOC’s metering system for Kazakhstan wholesale market participants.
For Kazakhstan wholesale electricity market participants exchanging commercial metering data with the System Operator, KEGOC JSC. The module prepares measurement and event files from AlphaCENTER and imports received data into the database.
Add-on for AC_PE, AC_SE and AC_UE
Supplied to customers in Kazakhstan as part of an AlphaCENTER solution. Task Manager and File Transfer automate exchange; the package is selected for the installed edition and facility requirements.
01 / EXPORT Measurements and events for KEGOC
Generate files for selected metering points and codes, for a specified period or since the previous generation. Rounding with remainder carry-over is available.
02 / IMPORT Validate incoming data
Check file structure and code-to-metering-point mapping. Import valid records, save errors separately and configure replacement rules for previously imported values.
03 / AUTOMATION Scheduled exchange
Run file preparation and FTP delivery in sequence through Task Manager. A separate task handles arbitrary periods while preserving regular exchange settings.
04 / CONTROL Archive and error messages
Archive generated files and log execution results. The solution can be configured to resend accumulated files and notify the administrator by email on failure.

- Receiving files: the participant’s FTP server and a directory accessible to the module for database import.
Preparing a Kazakhstan wholesale market participant for connection
- Technical conditions. Identify KEGOC requirements for channels, codes, data structure and transfer schedules at the facility.
- Metering points. Agree the data to send and receive and map codes to AlphaCENTER metering points.
- Configuration. Prepare directories, FTP connections and export/import tasks; configure schedules and error handling.
- Exchange testing. Perform test transfers and imports. Metering system connection follows KEGOC’s project approval and testing stages.

Detect missing or inconsistent data and monitor metering status for selected facilities and groups.

09AlphaCENTER CommunicatorMeter and data acquisition unit communications, data collection and transfer.
The communications component manages exchanges with meters and data acquisition units. Device and service support is selected for the configuration.
Features
- Poll compatible devices over supported channels and protocols.
- Communication solutions use AMR, OPC and IEC 104 services; availability depends on the package supplied.
- Configure communications and interaction with the upper system level.
Use and conditions: Communicator and the additional AC_COM server are separate items. AC_COM extends the UE architecture for load distribution or remote polling.
10AlphaCENTER UtilitiesDatabase backup, restoration and maintenance.
Administrator tools for database protection and supporting operations.

- Create and restore database backups; archive backup files.
- Automate backups using Windows Task Scheduler or Task Manager.

Transfers prepared files between systems and receives incoming files.

- Macro substitutions and result exchange between tasks, including file generation and delivery sequences.

13AlphaCENTER Time Synchronisation · AC_TimeCorrect system clocks from a precise time source.
Synchronises computer or server time and can log clock corrections in AlphaCENTER.
Features
- Time sources: compatible GPS/GLONASS receivers with NMEA and SNTP servers.
- PPS support for compatible receivers and other sources listed in the documentation.
- Runs as a Task Manager task or through the standalone GPS Time Reader application.
Use and conditions: The time source, connection and required accuracy are selected during system design.
14AlphaCENTER MIR FormatsTransfer data to NPO MIR’s metering system.
