TELECONTROL / ENERGY FACILITIES
Kosmotronika platform
From a local substation
to a unified dispatch centre.
Remote monitoring and control of energy facilities using PIK PROGRESS JSC’s Kosmotronika hardware and software platform. Architecture is selected for facility distribution, signal scope and communication channels.
Facility status
Send measurements and signals to the dispatcher and display equipment on mimic diagrams. Charts and reports help assess operating conditions.
Commands and interlocks
Remote commands and local controller algorithms. Project-defined interlocks may continue operating when the dispatch connection is lost.
Multiple system levels
Sensors and actuators, controllers and I/O devices, servers and workstations. Centralised and distributed architectures and redundant communications are available.
Exchange with connected systems
Connects to commercial metering systems and relay protection workstations. The communications server supports OPC UA/DA, IEC 60870-5-101/103/104 and Modbus RTU/TCP.
Description based on PIK PROGRESS JSC materials. Specific functions, protocols and redundancy depend on the selected equipment, software and project.
