EQUIPMENT
STEM-300KZ meter
An Almaty Project three-phase static meter for electricity metering, network monitoring and power quality checks.
- Tariff readings, load power profiles and event logs.
- Measure currents, voltages and power; monitor power quality parameters.
- Data transfer via SPODES and IEC 60870-5-101/104; two equal-priority RS-485 ports, Ethernet and GSM depending on variant.
- 86–265 V backup supply for variants with option U. Switching to backup and returning to the main supply are logged as events.
Configuration and functions are confirmed during selection. Appendix B of the operating manual describes the “Instrumenty IPUE” application.

Manufacturing and localisation in Kazakhstan
SI-ART LLC certificate No. 1 dated 1 June 2024 authorises Almaty Project to manufacture and support all STEM-300KZ variants in Kazakhstan.
Configuration and support
Load and configure FWM_СТЭМ-300 firmware, localise user and interface components, and configure DLMS/COSEM exchange with commercial and technical metering systems. Sales, warranty and post-warranty service.
Based on manufacturing agreement No. 1 dated 1 June 2024. The certificate states a term from 1 June 2024 to 30 September 2030; authorisation is subject to the agreement between the parties.
